As of May 2020, Nexxiot started equipping the fleet of Cargo Wagon with its IoT sensors that enable global digital monitoring. The first upgraded 1,200 digital wagons out of a total fleet of 9,000 will be provided to customers in Poland and Austria. Thus, Nexxiot is further expanding its activities towards Eastern Europe.

XLP member, Origin Logistics in Istanbul, Turkey successfully loads Metso Shredder as well as its components from Izmit, Turkey to Wellington, United Kingdom. The total weight of the cargo was 3,430kgs with a total of 87 component pieces, which were loaded on flat racks and open top containers. It was a door to port project from Kazan, Ankara via İzmit port to Wellington, UK.
The equipment used were 3x40’ flat racks & 6x40’open top containers. Origin Logistics’ projects team controlled every step of the project including surveying the whole process and was involved in the necessary points during the loading process at the factory. All lashing, securing activities and port operations were well observed and tracked by thier operation department and field stuff.

XLP member, Cargo Global Logistics, are proud to share that they have successfully shipped rolling mills for a steel industry. The load consisted of 67 Tons of wooden box on a 40' Flat Rack with an overwidth of 290cm and an overheight of 330cm. There was also one 40' open top with overheight of 350cm and four 40’ high cube which were loaded on the MS Mathilde Maersk in Rotterdam to head to Shanghai. The land transport from France as well as the handling, lashing, securing, and survey was done by Cargo Global Logistics.
