The international Windrose awards were introduced by the international business magazine JURA MOPE SEA in 2009.
Windrose are international awards given for innovations, development of ecological business, implementation of renewing energy resources, integrated into the creation of maritime policy in Europe and Asia, strengthening of international cooperation and implementation of scientific achievements in business.

Windrose 2010 winners
During the grand ceremony of awards the prises and diplomas for the laureates were handed by the Minister of Transport and Communications of Lithuania Eligijus Masiulis and the Publisher of the international business magazine JURA MOPE SEA Zita Tallat-Kelpsaitė.
The ceremony of awards was conducted by the star of Kazakhstan TV Serik Akišev.
